1. What types of home appliances do you supply?

2. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM orders, including private label branding, customized logos, packaging design, product appearance adjustments, function configuration and market-specific specifications.
3. What is your minimum order quantity?
The MOQ depends on the product category, model and customization requirements. For standard models, the MOQ is usually lower. For OEM orders with customized branding or packaging, the MOQ may be higher. Please contact us with your target product and market for a detailed quotation.
4. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for selected models. Sample cost, delivery time and shipping method will depend on the product type and destination country.
5. What certifications can you provide?
Depending on the product and destination market, we can provide or support certifications such as CE, CB, RoHS, ERP, SASO, GCC, UL, ETL and other required compliance documents. Please tell us your target market so we can recommend suitable models.
6. Which countries and regions do you export to?

8. What payment terms do you accept?
Common payment terms include T/T, L/C and other agreed methods depending on the order value, customer background and cooperation history. Final payment terms will be confirmed before order production.
9. What is the usual lead time?
For standard models, production lead time is usually around 30 to 45 days after deposit and order confirmation. For customized OEM/ODM orders, the lead time may be longer depending on design, materials and production schedule.
10. How do you control product quality?
We conduct quality control during production and before shipment. Inspection can include appearance checks, function testing, safety checks, packaging inspection and container loading supervision. Third-party inspection is also accepted if required.
11. Can you help arrange shipping?
Yes. We can help arrange shipment by sea, air or express depending on order quantity and urgency. Most bulk home appliance orders are shipped by sea container, including FOB, CIF or other agreed trade terms.
12. Which trade terms do you support?
We commonly support FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW terms. The exact trade term can be confirmed according to your preferred port, shipping method and purchasing process.
13. Do you provide product catalog and price list?
Yes. We can provide product catalogs, specifications and quotations based on your target product categories. Please send us your market, required models and estimated order quantity.
14. Can you develop exclusive models for my brand?
Yes. For long-term partners and sufficient order quantities, we can support exclusive models, private mold development, special colors, unique control panels, customized packaging and brand-specific product lines.
15. Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms vary by product category and model. We can provide spare parts support and after-sales solutions based on the agreed warranty policy.
16. How can I get a quotation?
Please send us the product category, model requirements, quantity, target market, certification needs, voltage, plug type and destination port. Our sales team will prepare a quotation and recommend suitable models.
17. What information should I provide for OEM orders?
For OEM orders, please provide your brand logo, packaging requirements, target market, certification requirements, preferred specifications, order quantity and any special design requests.
