Sample Confirmation Before Mass Production

Before mass production, we arrange sample confirmation according to each customer's requirements. We carefully check product functions, appearance, packaging, specifications, and certification requirements to ensure they meet the standards of the customer's target market.

Only after the sample is approved by the customer will we proceed with mass production. This helps reduce quality deviations and communication errors from the very beginning.

Strict Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before every shipment, we arrange professional inspection based on internationally recognized inspection standards. Key inspection points include product appearance, functions, safety performance, packaging, labeling, and quantity.

Our goal is to ensure that the products meet customer requirements before leaving the factory, helping customers avoid unnecessary issues after delivery.

Professional QC Team for End-to-End Quality Control

We have a professional QC team of more than 10 people dedicated to production follow-up and quality inspection.

If required by the customer or the order, we can also arrange during-production inspection, process inspection, and final pre-shipment inspection. This allows customers to have better visibility over production progress and product quality.

Complete After-Sales and Technical Support

After shipment, we continue to follow up closely on customer feedback. If the product requires technical training, installation guidance, or user support, we can coordinate with factory engineers to provide professional assistance.

We can also provide spare parts support according to different product categories. If any issue occurs during sales or product use, we will respond promptly and work actively with the customer to resolve it.
